Wendy brings over 35 years of experience working with babies and their parents helping with infant feeding and sleep, including many years in Special Care Nursery working with premature babies learning to feed.
An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant for the past 10 years – requiring over 100 hours of study and over 2000 hours of breastfeeding experience to be eligible to write the exam as well as holding a Certificate in Intensive Care of the Newborn.
Wendy constantly is engaging in ongoing study and attendance at conferences and courses to stay up to date with the current information surrounding infant feeding and sleep.
As a lactation & sleep consultant Wendy meets so many parents who are totally blindsided by either a difficult breastfeeding journey or a baby who seems to want to stay up all night!
